WorthBeam

Editorial Policy

How WorthBeam researches, writes, sources and updates its business valuation calculators and guides.

Evidence before length

We prioritise resolving the search task over publishing long pages. Calculator pages put the functional tool before supporting editorial content.

Primary sources

Where possible, methodology and UK legal/tax context are linked to public bodies and authoritative guidance. Secondary sources may be used to understand market terminology, but calculator assumptions are not presented as facts without a stated basis.

No invented expertise

We do not claim professional review that has not occurred, and we do not fabricate named experts, accreditations or regulatory status.

Corrections

If a formula, source or statement appears incorrect, contact us with the page and evidence. Material corrections are prioritised.

Commercial separation

Advertising and future commercial relationships do not change calculator outputs or the conclusions of editorial guides.

Important: WorthBeam provides illustrative estimates, not formal business valuations, investment advice, tax advice or legal advice. Actual sale price and market value can differ materially.
